The Art of Role Play in Dispute Resolution Training

 

Marc Bhalla (he/him) [biracial] has a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School. He holds both the Chartered Mediator and Chartered Arbitrator designations of the ADR Institute of Canada.

Marc has spoken across Canada and has been widely published, including in several peer-reviewed academic journals. Highlights include a groundbreaking paper titled Gender Identity & Test-Based, Online Mediation in the McGill Journal of Dispute Resolution, and his first book, The Art of Role Play in Dispute Resolution Training.

Marc lectures at Osgoode Hall Law School, Queen’s University and the University of Calgary Faculty of Law. He is accredited as a trainer by the ADR Institute of Canada and the Law Society of Ontario.

Marc also has an Exeuctive Certificate in Conflict Management from the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law, an E-Commerce Certificate from New York University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the Unversity of Toronto’s prestigious Trinity College.

Colm has been a sessional lecturer in ADR in the Faculty of Law, Queen’s University and at various colleges. He also provides training in Conflict Management and Mediation, Online Dispute Resolution and Med-Arb through the Canadian Collaborative for Engagement & Conflict Management.
